How long does my trial last?
5 Days.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. After the trial expires, you will need to enter payment information to continue using the service. We use Stripe to securely process payments. No credit card data is ever stored on our servers.
How do I add or update a payment method?
Click the Profile menu option in the left sidebar. In the Payment Information section click the Update Payment Method button.
How can I prevent SPAM and abuse of my form?
This is a big concern anytime you deploy a form to the internet. First, lock down your form by configuring Allowed Domains. This prevents bots from HTTP POSTing to your Zapl end-point and SPAMing your inbox. Second, integrate with reCAPTCHA to further protect your website from fraud and abuse.
I ran out of forms. How do I get more?
Click the Profile menu option in the left sidebar. In the Plan Information section you can upgrade your plan.
How long is submission data retained?
The retention policy at this time is 1 year. Older submissions are permanently deleted.
Can I integrate with services like Zapier, Slack, and others?
Yes.
When you setup your form you can provide webhook URLs. Submitted data is HTTP POSTed to these webhook URLs after each submission. Using this feature you can build complete workflows by chaining together external services.
